LifeTown is a simulated village where children with special needs from around Ohio come to learn and develop life skills. Our volunteers are an integral part of program and we are delighted to host this event to welcome new volunteers!

To prepare for the Taylor Farm Park grand opening on September 5, certain areas of the park will be temporarily closed for improvements. 🚧 The playground will be closed from Monday, August 26, through Friday, August 30, for work associated with the installation of sunshades and pavilion construction. Portions of the leisure trail leading to the playground will also be closed to accommodate concrete transport for the project. Additionally, sections of the playground and trails will be closed again on September 3 and 4 for the final sunshade installation. Taylor Farm Park will soon be completely open! Join us to celebrate and explore the park’s boardwalks, paths, observation deck, community garden, playground, and new restroom facility. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided nature walks, light snacks, and garden-fresh mocktails will be included in the fun. All are welcome, no RSVP required.
