There is a dream-like touch to David Hunt's landscapes. His transitions in tone and color between trees, sky, water or fields are at times subtle; at other times very severe in contrast and value.

During the COVID-19 pandemic: Every Sunday, meet at the Heit Center to join the Walking Club on various routes. The Club then meets back at the Center at the completion of the workout for snacks and drinks. We begin at 7:30am.

Come move through a variety of gentle yoga poses, all based out of a chair! These seated and standing poses use the support of a chair to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.

Join us outside for an hour of relaxing and restoring for anyone feeling anxious, stressed, or exhausted. Urban Zen is a blend of gentle movements, restorative yoga poses, breath practices, aromatherapy, and guided meditation leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and revitalized. Open to everyone, no yoga experience necessary. Some important notes: Attendees must bring their own props, which should include a yoga mat and 3+ beach towels/blankets.
