This is an update to the events taking place in New Albany on Saturday, October 3. First, there is a Trump Train of vehicles that expects to drive through the Market Street and downtown areas. These vehicles are expected to remain on public streets through the duration of their event. Second, there is a Proud Boys Protest that will occur in the Market Street/Rose Run Park area. It is expected to begin around 1:30 p.m. Organizers of this group are exercising their right to have a peaceful protest on public grounds. Police personnel are in the area and the events are expected to be done by mid-afternoon.
