The City of New Albany is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms that desire to provide engineering and inspection services. These services will involve commercial development site civil engineering plan reviews for all developments within the Technology Manufacturing District and all flagship and primary commercial development projects. Site inspections will be performed as required to verify compliance with approved designs and applicable requirements.
