Conversations That Matter - Black History: Then and Now New Albany Senior Connections is sponsoring a new series of community discussions called "Conversations That Matter." The events are free and open to anyone. No registration is necessary. The first event will take place on Thursday, February 9, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Heit Center and will highlight "Black History: Then and Now." The featured speakers will be Suzanne Roberts and Dr. Sierra Austin of UnifyingSolutions.

New Albany 101 Souper Supper

Celebrate our community’s diversity with a SOUPer Supper that will fill your belly and your heart. Local soup makers will serve soups inspired by their diverse backgrounds while competing for the coveted title of best soup maker. The real winners are the diners who get unlimited soup, bread and dessert! The suggested donation of $5/person goes directly to the New Albany Food Pantry to support our food-insecure neighbors. Public Workshop: US-62 Interchange Focus Area Plan

Help us shape the future of the area near US-62/SR-161! The City of New Albany has launched the US-62 Interchange Focus Area Plan to provide recommendations for character, scale, location, and extent of public investments and private development throughout the study area.
