Join us outside for an hour of relaxing and restoring for anyone feeling anxious, stressed, or exhausted. Urban Zen is a blend of gentle movements, restorative yoga poses, breath practices, aromatherapy, and guided meditation leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and revitalized.
