Current Public Notices

The New Albany Parks and Trails Advisory Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 5, 2024 in the New Albany Village Hall on the following application:

  • FDP-53-2024 Final Development Plan – Parkland and Open Space Review.  Review and recommendation regarding suitability of parkland and open space proposed to be provided as part of the Hamlet development on 32.6 +/- acres.

The New Albany Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on August 5, 2024 in the New Albany Village Hall on the following matters:

  • FPL-55-2024 Final Plat.  Final Plat for the dedication of public right0f-way for Ganton Parkway West Phase 3 located west of Beech Road and south of Worthington Road.

The City Council of New Albany will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:30 pm at New Albany Village Hall, 99 W. Main Street, New Albany, Ohio 43054 to consider the following request for zoning change:
ORDINANCE O-12-2024
An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of New Albany by amending the Zoning Map to rezone 2.9 +/- acres of land located at 2278 Beech Road from its current zoning of Limited General Employment (L-GE) to Limited General Employment (L-GE) for an area to be known as the “Beech Road East Zoning District” as requested by New Albany Crossing LLC, c/o Jack B. Reynolds III: VIEW FULL ORDINANCE
