New Albany City Council is considering a rezoning application for 30+/- acres of land located at the southwest and southeast corners of Central College Rd. and New-Albany Condit Rd. from its current zoning of residential estate district (R-1) to “I-PUD” infill-planned unit development. Local developer Steiner + Associates is proposing a mixed-use development project in the area that would offer a range of housing options, retail uses and new parks and recreation amenities. The project would align with the Engage New Albany Strategic Plan. Below are files associated with the developer’s proposal.
