Proposed Rezonings

input-arrow input-arrow Beech Road East L-GE Rezoning

An application to rezone 2.942+/- acres from Limited General Employment (L-GE) to Limited General Employment District (L-GE) has been filed with the city. The rezoning area is outlined in red in the image below. The purpose of the rezoning is to add Industrial Product Sales as a conditional use and modify development standards in the existing Beech Road East L-GE zoning text

This type of rezoning application requires review and recommendation from the New Albany Planning Commission to City Council, which takes final action. A list of upcoming meeting dates are listed below as well as the current application materials. Members of the public may watch the meetings virtually via the city website or attend in person. All public participation must be in person.

An application to rezone 9.88+/- acres from Residential (R-2) and Agricultural (AG) to Infill Planned Unit Development (I-PUD) has been filed with the city. The rezoning area is outlined in red in the image below.

This type of rezoning application requires review and recommendation from the New Albany Planning Commission to City Council, which takes final action. A list of upcoming meeting dates are listed below as well as the current application materials. Members of the public may watch the meetings virtually via the city website or attend in person.
