The Rocky Fork Blacklick Accord evaluates applications for rezoning and makes recommendations to the planning body of the impacted jurisdiction (Columbus, New Albany, Plain Township) in the RFBA area. Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m.

The Board of Zoning Appeals hears and decides appeals regarding legislation and administrative determinations related to zoning and land use. Also hears variances from zoning area regulations and general development standards. Subpoenas witnesses, administers oaths, compels discovery as needed. Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. The Sustainability Advisory Board advises City Council on matters relating to sustainability, promotes and communicates sustainability principles broadly among the community and stakeholders, advises and assists City Council and city manager in efforts to make city operations more sustainable.
