Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears and decides appeals regarding legislation and administrative determinations related to zoning and land use. Also hears variances from zoning area regulations and general development standards. Subpoenas witnesses, administers oaths, compels discovery as needed. Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street) the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Help save a life by turning in your unused and undesired pill medications. New Albany-area residents can turn in undesired pill and capsule medications at the Plain Township Fire Station (9500 Johnstown Road) on Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Only pills and capsules will be collected; liquid medications and syringes cannot be turned in. The collected drugs will be incinerated according to federal and state environmental guidelines. Let's dispose responsibly.
