The Parks & Trails Advisory Board makes recommendations regarding parks and trails to council and administration. Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street) the 1st Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

The Planning Commission hears applications for land use, zoning classifications, recommends legislative actions, reviews legislation, rules, and regulations re: city planning, land use, and zoning. Ambassador Committee The Ambassador Committee is comprised of outgoing chamber volunteers that reach out to welcome and engage new members. Each new Chamber member is adopted by a Chamber ambassador and welcomed with a call and invitation to the next Chamber 101 (New Member Orientation) and upcoming event. This event is a New Albany student senior seminar fundraiser. The NA Dance Marathon is a family fun event that is benefiting our very own Nationwide Children's Hospital and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. To provide the best care for kids, children's hospitals rely on donations and community support, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care. New Albany City Council generally meets at Village Hall the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. City council may hold special council meetings and workshops, as needed.
