This page contains legal public notices of public hearings as required by Ohio Revised Code §731.21, and New Albany City Code §1111.05, §1111.07, and §1113.05.  If you wish to speak at the public hearing, you must attend the meeting in person.  The meeting will be streamed for viewing purposes only via the City of New Albany.

The New Albany City Council will hold a public hearing on November 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall to consider continuing the operation the city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). All interested persons are invited to attend and state their views thereon.

The New Albany Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Albany Village Hall to consider the following matters:

  • ARB-64-2026 Harvest Pizza Signage Certificate of Appropriateness.  A request for a certificate of appropriateness to allow for new signage at 24 E. Main Street.
  • FDM-26-0002 Food Pantry Roof Material FDP Modification.  A request to modify the development plan to allow a change in roof material for the Healthy New Albany Food Pantry on 2.82 +/- acres located at 4295 Harlem Road.

The New Albany City Council will hold a public hearing on September 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall to consider the following:

  • Appeal of Disapproval of FDP-32-2026 – 6600 New Albany-Condit Road

Pursuant to New Albany Codified Ordinance 1159.12, city council will hear the appeal and conduct a new hearing of the Final Development Plan application FDP-32-2026 for property located at 6600 New Albany-Condit Road which application was denied by the Planning Commission on July 20, 2026.
