The New Albany Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026 in the New Albany Village Hall on the following matters:

  • ZC-33-2026 Lucille Lynd Rezoning. The New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026 in the New Albany Village Hall on the following matters:

  • VAR-34-2026 Olmsted Road Setback Variance.  A request for a variance from 1133.05 to allow a portion of a new house to encroach 20 feet into a required 30-foot rear yard building setback on an approximately .45-acre single family residential lot at 4326 Olmsted Road.
