The New Albany City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 in New Albany Village Hall on the following rezoning legislation.

The New Albany Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 on the following applications:

  • ZC-100-2024.  A request to rezone 28.10 +/- located at 13785 Lucille Lynd Rd., 13837 Lucille Lynd Rd., 13853 Lucille Lynd Rd., 14062 Worthington Rd., and 0 Worthington Rd., in Licking County from Limited Office District (L-OCD) to Infill Planned Unit Development District (I-PUD) for an area to be known as the Beech Interchange Southeast Zoning District.

The New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 27, 2025 to consider the following application:

  • VAR-99-2024.  A request for a variance to Harrison West L-GE zoning text section IV(E)(3)(h) to eliminate the requirement to install rooftop equipment screening at 9360 Innovation Campus Way.

 

The New Albany Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:

  • FPL-01-2025.  A request for approval of a final plat for the dedication of public right-of-way for Ganton Parkway West Phase 4 located south of 161 and north of E. Dublin-Granville Road.

The New Albany City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 pm on December 3, 2024 in Village Hall to consider the city manager’s request to retire and be rehired, and to consider a resolution authorizing the re-employment of the city manager.

 

The New Albany City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on October 15, 2024.  The Council of the City of New Albany, Ohio (the “City”) and the Board of Trustees of Jersey Township, Licking County, Ohio (the “Township”) will jointly hold a public hearing concerning a proposed cooperative economic development agreement between the City and the Township.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed cooperative economic development agreement.  The public hearing will be held at the New Albany Village Hall, 99 W. Main Street, New Albany, Ohio 43054 on October 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.  Although the hearing will be live-streamed on the City’s website, in-person attendance at the public hearing is required in order to provide comment at the public hearing.  During the thirty-day period prior to the public hearing, a copy of the proposed cooperative economic development agreement will be available for public inspection at the Jersey Township Hall, located at 1481 Mink Street SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 and at the office of the Clerk of Council of the City located at 99 W. Main Street, New Albany, Ohio 43054, during those offices’ regular business hours.
