Gentle Movement and Restoration

Life can be stressful and overwhelming sometimes. Give yourself the gift of self-care with a 5-week series of Gentle Movement and Restoration classes that will address exhaustion, anxiety and stress. Each class includes gentle movement, restorative postures, mindful breathing, meditation, reiki, and essential oils; all with calming music playing in the background. No experience (or special clothing) needed all are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat or use a studio mat.
