The City of New Albany is requesting proposals from qualified management consulting firms to review organizational structure, identify functional overlap and gaps, and make appropriate recommendations for the City to consider staffing needs for short- and mid-range planning.

All proposals must be received by July 22, 2024 at 5 p.m. EDT. Please submit one original, three (3) copies and one electronic copy on a flash drive via mail or delivered in person. No fax, email, or telephone proposals will be accepted.
