Starting Monday, October 14, Harlem Road will be closed to through traffic for approximately three weeks as crews work to relocate the culvert that is north of Jason Court.
Here is how traffic will flow:
To Jason Court: Residents can still reach Jason Court from Morse Road.
For homes south of Jason Court: Residents will need to use Morse Road to enter and exit properties. Johnstown Road/US-62 won’t be accessible during this time.
For homes north of Jason Court: Residents will need to use Johnstown Road/US-62. Morse Road won’t be accessible.
We expect the road to fully reopen in early November. Thank you for your continued patience as we continue work on the Harlem Road Improvement Project!
