About

The City of New Albany’s 2024 Street Improvement Project kicked off on July 16, consisting of crack fill, mill and overlay, curb replacement, ADA ramp replacement, and limited pavement rejuvenator.

Shelly and Sands is the contractor for the project. On this page, you will find maps with all streets identified and the planned improvements noted.

The project is expected to be substantially completed by December 1, 2024, while minor punch work may occur in early 2025. We will be reaching out to affected residents directly as the work progresses to ensure everyone is aware of the project’s impacts in a timely manner. However, please continue to review this webpage as the project develops for the latest and most current updates.
