Adrienne Joly

Adrienne Joly assumed the role of Deputy City Manager in January 2026. Adrienne has been a trusted leader in our organization since 2012, most recently serving as Director of Administrative Services. In that position, and previously as Community Development Deputy Director, she has played a key role in advancing City Council’s priorities, guiding major capital projects, and strengthening the internal operations that support excellent public service. Her oversight of human resources, information technology, Mayor’s Court, and special projects has helped ensure our organization remains responsive, innovative, and well positioned for the future.

Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an M.C.R.P. Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.  She is a certified planner (AICP) through the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the International City Council.
