Healthy New Albany is proud to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the New Albany Walking Classic® that will take place on Sunday, September 15, 2024. North America’s largest walking-only race includes 5k (3.1 miles) and 10k (6.2 miles) distances. Please be aware of related road closures below.

Road Closures

• Market Street from Keswick Commons/Rusty Bucket to the roundabout – 4 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Market Square – 4 a.m. – 2 p.m. road closure (START) – 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (inner closure at 4 a.m.)
• Market Street from the roundabout to Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road – 7:30 a.m – 10 a.m.
• Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road from Market Street to Morse Road – 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
• Brandon Road from Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road to Lambton Park Road – 8 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
