Dedication of Becca's Grove at Taylor Farm Park Set for November 2

On Saturday, November 2 at 11 a.m., we invite you to Taylor Farm Park near the playground for the dedication of Becca’s Grove, a beautiful tribute to the life and legacy of Rebecca Eldemire. Rebecca, a 2012 graduate of New Albany High School, was tragically killed nine years ago at the age of 21, but her love for the environment continues to inspire sustainability efforts through the BEEPS Foundation.

In honor of what would have been Rebecca’s 30th birthday, the BEEPS Foundation is donating $30,000 to create a special tree grove in Taylor Farm Park. Becca’s Grove will feature local tree species chosen for their stunning fall colors, with a peaceful path and benches for visitors to enjoy the serenity of nature. A bench with Rebecca’s favorite quote, “Go outside no matter what and sit,” will remind all who visit of her deep connection with the outdoors.

Come celebrate Rebecca’s legacy and experience the beauty of Becca’s Grove at New Albany’s Taylor Farm Park, located near where Rebecca grew up and spent time exploring nature.

Date: Saturday, November 2
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Location: Taylor Farm Park (5526 E. Dublin Granville Road, New Albany, OH 43054) – near the playground
