NACC 30 Subdivision Reconstruction: Road and Pedestrian Closures

Effective August 4, 2025, all roads and pedestrian access within NACC 30 (along the New Albany Country Club East Nine) will close for subdivision reconstruction. This closure is anticipated to remain in effect until construction is completed in early 2026.

We understand that many residents have enjoyed walking, running, and exploring this area. However, during this time, NACC 30 will become an active construction site and will not be accessible to the public. For your safety, please respect all posted signs and barricades.

What to Expect

  • Roads and Pedestrian Access: All roads and pedestrian pathways within the NACC 30 area will be closed.
  • Duration: The closure is expected to last until early 2026.
  • Traffic Impact: This work is not expected to significantly impact general traffic in nearby areas.
  • Nearby Residents: Minimal disruption is anticipated for residents living near the construction site.
  • Leisure Trail & Green Space: The leisure trail and green space at Brandon Road and Lambton Park Road will NOT be impacted by this closure and will remain open for public use.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our community’s infrastructure.
