Administrative Services Director

Adrienne Joly has served as the director of administrative services for New Albany since 2017. Prior to her current role, she was the city’s community development deputy director for four years. The administrative services department is responsible for the human resources, information technology, mayors court and administrative functions of the city, as well as managing special projects. Adrienne also assists the city manager with the formulation and execution of council policies, priorities and capital projects.  

Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an M.C.R.P. Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.  She is a certified planner (AICP) through the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the International City Council.
