Ryan Ohly

Ryan was promoted from deputy director of public service to director in January 2025. He previously served as our city engineer, where he led capital improvement projects and enhanced our infrastructure in impactful ways. Ryan also has private sector experience in construction administration and inspection services.

With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University, and certification as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his public service director role.
