Ballroom Dancing

This beginner-friendly class is designed for those looking to build a solid foundation in Ballroom and Latin dance. Participants will learn the basic steps and footwork of some of today’s most popular Ballroom and Latin dances, along with learning about music & rhythm, principles of lead & follow, posture & frame, and more. No prior dance experience is required, and no partner is necessary. Everyone is welcome to join and learn in a supportive, engaging environment. If time permits, the basics of Salsa may also be introduced.
