Flex & Fuel is a movement and cooking class for rising 5th grade to 7th grade girls. This class blends physical activity with healthy culinary skills, providing a fun and engaging way to improve overall wellness. Participants will explore different movement routines to enhance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Alongside, they will learn to prepare nutritious and easy-to-make meals, focusing on how food fuels the body and supports mental clarity. The class encourages self-care, confidence, and healthy habits in a supportive, empowering environment.
