Fuel and Fit combines fun, hands-on culinary lessons with engaging physical activities to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In each session, participants learn how to prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks while gaining foundational knowledge about food, wellness, and body confidence. The fitness component includes a variety of movement styles from walking and yoga to strength and cardio games aimed at building strength, coordination, and self-esteem. Fuel and Fit inspires young girls to take charge of their health, develop lifelong healthy habits, and celebrate what their bodies can do. Healthy Start: Breakfast Boost Class Focus: Nutritious Breakfast Preparation + Energizing Morning Movement Culinary Component: Participants learn to prepare a variety of quick and healthy breakfast options like smoothies, avocado toast, overnight oats, and veggie-packed egg muffins. Emphasis on whole grains, fruits, and protein-rich foods. Fitness Component: After preparing their breakfast, participants engage in a 20-minute yoga flow and light stretching to start the day feeling energized and connected to their bodies. The class teaches them how to stretch and relax in the morning to set a positive tone for the day.
