Mondays can be hectic, but they don’t have to be. Join us at the New Albany Library this Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. for a calming iRest meditation guided by Elizabeth Wood. We’re partnering with the library to share mindfulness resources that will help you carry a sense of calm throughout your week. Everyone who attends will receive a FREE heated eye mask to enhance your relaxation experience. Take an hour for yourself and start your week with intention and ease.
