Presented by the New Albany Chamber of Commerce, Oktoberfest is a two-day community festival held Friday, September 24, 3:30pm – 11:00pm and Saturday, September 25, 12:00pm – 11:00pm. This free family event features food vendors, live entertainment, craft vendors, and a beer garden. Kids activities include bounce houses, balloon twisters, face painters, caricature artists, games, beauty bus, photo booth, and more!
Local sculptor and artist Dustin Weatherby will be demonstrating his sculpture skills by creating a large work of art where he’ll be carving a huge pumpkin from wood over the two-day festival.
In addition to the Live Entertainment schedule below, the nation’s longest continually active Germanic singing club, the Columbus M nnerchor, will be singing and harmonizing as they roam around the festival Friday night dressed in lederhosen of course.

Ohio State University football fans can enjoy the festival and watch OSU vs. Akron on the big screen Saturday night 7:30pm kickoff.
Festival attendees can keep their strength up by purchasing food from vendors offering many varieties to please all palates. Scheduled to attend are: Backroom Coffee Roasters, Big Bamboo, Donna’s Delicious Dozen, Dos Hermanos, Happy Dog Pizza, Hibachi Run, J-Pops, Johnson’s Ice Cream, Kona Ice, Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, Momma Can Cook, NAHS baseball team selling Krispy Kreme donuts, Pitabilities, Queen’s Table, Tommy’s Double Barrel BBQ, Tortilla Street Food, Velvet Ice Cream, Weathervane Kettle Corn, Woolson and Zaki Grill.
Beer offerings include BrewDog, Sam Adams Octoberfest, and Miller Lite. Other drink choices include Buckeye Vodka cocktails, Truly Hard Seltzer, and The Long Drink’s Legend 1952 Strong Gin Cocktail.
