Tai Chi: Summer Series at Hinson Amphitheater

Combining traditional Tai Chi Form patterns with basic foundational techniques and incorporating movements from Qi Gong, Tai Chi with Christopher will offer participants the benefits of enhanced balance and stability, strength, and flexibility, all while moving at a gentle and slow pace. Non-impact in its nature, Tai Chi is suitable for anyone looking for a relaxing and mindful movement experience. Participants are currently learning the Yang style 24 form. Tai Chi is open to all levels and experience, however, it is recommended but not required that participants take the Tai Chi Fundamentals class before joining this class.
