Get ready, New Albany! The highly anticipated annual Touch-a-Truck event is back, presented by New Albany Public Service. This year, we’re not only bringing you an exciting opportunity to explore incredible vehicles but also again combining it with a vital food drive to support our community.
Event Schedule:
Sensory-Friendly Hour: 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. (A dedicated time for our friends with sensory sensitivities to enjoy the experience in a calm environment.)
General Public Hours: 10:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m.
What to Expect:
Rain or shine, this popular event gives kids (and adults!) the thrilling chance to get an up-close look at a variety of city vehicles, including impressive excavators, powerful rollers, and more! It’s a fantastic opportunity to interact with our dedicated police officers, firefighters, and public service crews, learning about the essential work they do for our city.

This year, we’re proud to once again incorporate a food drive to benefit our local pantry. Your generosity can make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors. The pantry gratefully accepts all non-perishable and unexpired donations.
