The Parks & Trails Advisory Board makes recommendations regarding parks and trails to council and administration. Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street) the 1st Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

The Sustainability Advisory Board advises City Council on matters relating to sustainability, promotes and communicates sustainability principles broadly among the community and stakeholders, advises and assists City Council and city manager in efforts to make city operations more sustainable. Meetings are held at Village Hall, Council Chambers (99 W. Main Street) the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

The Architectural Review Board reviews plans, drawings, and signage applications, issues Certificates of Appropriateness for any major or minor environmental or zoning changes. Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street) the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

The Rocky Fork Blacklick Accord evaluates applications for rezoning and makes recommendations to the planning body of the impacted jurisdiction (Columbus, New Albany, Plain Township) in the RFBA area. Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
