NAPD Women’s Safety Class

Join New Albany Police for a presentation about women's safety on Wednesday, August 4 from 5-8 p.m. The class, led by NAPD Officer Leland Kelly and Probation Officer Amy Boyd, will cover topics such as situational awareness, dating safety, home safety, travel safety and more. The presentation is ideal for young women headed to college in the fall or for any women wanting more information about how to best protect themselves and their loved ones. Beau Schoener Memorial Golf Outing

Join your local first responders for a great day on the course to raise money for the New Albany Firefighters Foundation. The Foundation was started after the loss of Plain Township Firefighter Beau Schoener to help support his then 9 year old son. The continued support of the community has provided the foundation the opportunity to financially assist first responder families in need and work toward the goal of starting scholarships for returning veterans.
