New Albany Independence Day Parade

July 4 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Presented by the City of New Albany, the New Albany Independence Day Parade will be Friday, July 4, 2025 starting at 11:00am. The parade theme is “Too Fly for the 4th of July” and the entire community is invited to get involved and make this our biggest and best parade yet! Get ready for an unforgettable Independence Day Parade filled with patriotic performances, larger-than-life entertainment, and festive surprises!

Parade entries arrive between 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.; parade starts at 11:00am
Starting Point: Intersection of New Albany-Condit Rd. and Chatham Green Dr.
Ending Point: Church of the Resurrection, using the driveway off of E. Dublin-Granville Rd.
Please note that the starting and ending point are DIFFERENT. Maps and additional details will be provided to parade entries.

This year’s parade will feature special appearances from iconic characters, incredible live acts, and dazzling displays of red, white, and blue. Whether you’re watching from the sidelines or marching in the parade, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Fireworks display presented by the City of New Albany will begin at approximately 10:00pm. The best viewing sites are around Rose Run Park and the New Albany Plain Local School campus; free parking available at both locations.
