Fireworks, Food, Fun: All Are Welcome at Diwali
Celebrate the magic of Diwali, the “Festival of Lights,” symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil. The City of New Albany’s IDEA Implementation Panel, in collaboration with a resident focus group, has put together an exciting lineup of activities. Known as “The Festival of Lights,” Diwali symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil.Make plans to join us at the Hinson Amphitheater on Saturday, October 26 from 4-7 p.m. for our 2024 Diwali Celebration! This free event will include music, dancing, delicious food, and a dazzling fireworks display!
