Registration Open: 2025 New Albany Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament

Registration Now Open for the 2025 New Albany Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament

The Summer Slam is back! Mark your calendars for July 26–27 and get ready to compete in New Albany Parks and Recreation’s 2nd Annual New Albany Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament at the New Albany Pickleball Complex. After last year’s exciting turnout, this year’s event promises even more action, energy, and summer fun.

Players of all skill levels are welcome. Whether you’re aiming for gold or just out to enjoy a weekend on the court, you’ll find a bracket that fits your game. The tournament features a round-robin format, giving every team multiple chances to play. After that, top teams advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket. With medals on the line and good vibes all around, you’ll want to bring your best!

Registration is $55 per player and includes one event and a tournament t-shirt. If you want to compete in more than one event, it’s just $20 for each additional one. You can sign up with a partner or request to be matched—just make sure both players register within five days to secure your spot. If not, we’ll place solo signups on a waitlist until we can find a match.

Event start times kick off at 8 a.m. each day, and players can begin checking in and warming up an hour before. The full schedule, including brackets, will go live by the end of the day on July 17. All matches will take place at the New Albany Pickleball Complex at 7300 Walnut Street. Plus, there’s no parking fee, so bring your friends and family to cheer you on!

There’s a lot more to know—like match rules, bracket structure, and refund info—but you can find all the nitty-gritty details at the official registration page.
