Update: Due to high demand for the Fleetwood Gold concert, new entry procedures are in place for the August 7th performance. All passes for New Albany-Plain Local School District residents have been claimed. If you received a pass via email, you can enter the amphitheater at 6:15 p.m. For those without passes, general admission begins at 7 p.m. if seating is available in the amphitheater; however, all are welcome to enjoy the free concert from the surrounding lawn areas.

Due to overwhelming interest in the August 7 Free Summer Concert Series featuring Fleetwood Gold, we’ve implemented a new procedure to manage attendance, prioritizing our local residents.
Resident Pre-Registration
To show our appreciation for our New Albany residents, we’re offering resident-only pre-registration to all residents who live within the New Albany-Plain Local School District, not just those within city limits. You can pre-register for up to one (1) passes per address. Each pass admits up to four (4) people. We’ll have 200 passes available starting Wednesday, July 16, at 9 a.m. You can access this registration link (beginning on July 16) and more information here.
Passes will be emailed and must be presented with a matching ID to enter the amphitheater. All groups/households must enter together.
Gate Opening for Passholders: Passholders can enter the amphitheater beginning at 6:15 p.m. You must be in line to enter by 6:50 p.m. or your pass will be forfeited. Passholders should use the McCoy entrance gate.
General Admission (Without Passes)
For those without pre-registered passes, entry to the amphitheater will be on a first-come, first-served basis, if seats remain available. The Middle School gate will open at 7 p.m. for general admission.
Even if amphitheater seating is full, we encourage everyone to enjoy the concert from the surrounding lawn areas. To reiterate, the concert is free to all—those with and without early entry passes. Bring your chairs and find a comfortable spot!
Parking Information
Please plan to park throughout the City. Various parking options are available and highlighted on this map. If you’re a passholder, please account for parking time when planning your arrival.
