New Albany Police are warning motorists of hazardous high water across the city following heavy rainfall on Thursday, Aug. 20. As of 5 a.m., several roadways are impacted, including portions of Morse Road, Beech Road, and S.R. 161.

Motorists should use caution and never drive through high water. Before driving, check for road closures and plan for additional travel time.

Please avoid flooded areas and follow posted closure signs.
