Mindful Monday

Begin your week with intention and prepare your mind for the upcoming holiday season! Join us for an evening featuring a book talk, mindfulness resources, and a deeply restful meditation led by teacher Elizabeth Wood. Mindful Monday is presented in partnership with Wellbeing Connection. Bring a yoga mat. Chairs will also be available. Adult and teens accompanied by an adult are welcome.
