The Technician Pipeline Starts Here

For many employers across the Columbus Region, the hardest part of growing is finding skilled technicians. The jobs are here. The people are here. What’s been missing is a straightforward way to connect the two.

A new JobsOhio workforce program will help close that gap by providing eligible Ohio employers up to $10,000 per employee who completes an approved training pathway. That makes it easier to implement earn-and-learn models connected to associate degree programs, technical certificate training and registered apprenticeships.
