Duties

The Public Records Commission meets twice per year.  The commission reviews records policies and records retention schedules, and it approves the destruction of records.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are necessary.

Meetings, Agendas, & Minutes

Meetings are held twice a year (generally, in May and November) at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street).
