Chair Yoga (Mondays): Summer Series

June 8 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Come move through a variety of gentle yoga poses using a chair! Seated and standing poses will use the support of a chair to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level. Attendees may choose to attend in-person or virtually each class (to accommodate for potential winter weather and other scheduling concerns).

12 week series, Mondays June 1 – August 24 (no class July 13).
