Fuel and Fit Super Smoothies

Fuel and Fit combines fun, hands-on culinary lessons with engaging physical activities to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In each session, participants learn how to prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks while gaining foundational knowledge about food, wellness, and body confidence. The fitness component includes a variety of movement styles from walking and yoga to strength and cardio games aimed at building strength, coordination, and self-esteem. Fuel and Fit inspires young girls to take charge of their health, develop lifelong healthy habits, and celebrate what their bodies can do.

Super Smoothies: Blending Health & Fitness

Class Focus: Smoothie Making + Cardio Fun

Culinary Component: The class focuses on creating colorful, nutrient-packed smoothies using a variety of fruits, greens, and superfoods. Participants learn about different nutrients (vitamins, antioxidants, protein) and how each one contributes to their energy and health.

Fitness Component: After blending their smoothies, participants get their heart rate up with a fun cardio session involving dance, jump rope challenges, and movement games. The goal is to teach girls how to enjoy physical activity in a playful and supportive environment.
