Mindful Nature Walk

Rejuvenate yourself with mindful nature walks. Deepen your connection with nature while walking in a slow relaxed way, quieting the mind and engaging your senses. Join us as we explore nature and movement through the seasons. The walks are suitable for all!
There is no fee as our instructors are graciously volunteering to lead these walks! But we do ask you to consider making a monetary donation in support of our new Scholarship Fund which allows us to offer our life-changing programs to select community members.
