Step into a joyful, body-centered movement experience with Nia Blue Belt Instructor Christopher Lee Jansen. Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a holistic fitness practice that blends Dance, Martial Arts, and Healing Arts into an empowering workout for the body, mind, and spirit. In this series, you will explore “The Body’s Way” a philosophy of moving with awareness, sensation, and pleasure rather than force. Christopher provides a welcoming, inclusive environment where you can move authentically at your own pace. Each session offers a balance of mindful choreography and playful exploration, designed to improve your flexibility, agility, and strength.
