He is an ICN leadership award recipient, TEDx Signature Speaker, certified John Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. With over 18 years of HR experience, Kenston has delivered hundreds of presentations in over 35 different states. Since the pandemic, his impact has extended into international areas in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
