Tiny Tai Chi

Through gentle, playful movement, this class introduces the basic principles of Tai Chi to toddlers (ages 18 months – 4 years) and their caregivers. Balance, coordination, mindfulness, and breath control, are fundamentals of Tai Chi that will be presented to the class in a fun and interactive way. Parents and children will move together in a supportive, non-competitive environment, fostering bonding while helping young children develop motor skills and emotional regulation.
