Coming November 1: Accela, the New Online Permitting System

Beginning November 1, we will be moving to a new online permitting system instead of using paper documents. Accela will provide a more convenient way to submit and manage permit applications online. The City will be hosting a live training Teams call on October 20 from 1:30-3:30. Join our Teams meeting.

The City of New Albany’s Community Development Department is now located at 7815 Walton Parkway. The mailing address of the City’s Community Development Department will remain 99 West Main Street (Village Hall).
