Work is underway on a major utility project in the New Albany International Business Park. Beginning around August 27, traffic on Beech Road will be limited to northbound only between Innovation Campus Way and Smith’s Mill Road North.

What this means for you:

• Residents and businesses in the work zone will still be able to get in and out.
• A detour will be posted on SR-161 for through traffic, trucks, and deliveries. Drivers will be directed to Mink Street → Clover Valley Road → Jug Street from SR-161.
• The restriction is expected to last about 45 days.
