Adrienne Joly Promoted to Deputy City Manager

The City of New Albany is proud to announce that Adrienne Joly has been promoted to Deputy City Manager for the City of New Albany.

Adrienne has been a trusted leader in our organization since 2012, most recently serving as Director of Administrative Services. In that position, and previously as Community Development Deputy Director, she has played a key role in advancing City Council’s priorities, guiding major capital projects, and strengthening the internal operations that support excellent public service. Her oversight of human resources, information technology, Mayor’s Court, and special projects has helped ensure our organization remains responsive, innovative, and well positioned for the future.

Adrienne brings a strong planning and policy background to this role, holding a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. She is a certified planner (AICP) and a member of the International City Council.

Please join us in congratulating Adrienne on this well-earned promotion. We look forward to her continued leadership as we work together to serve our community and move New Albany forward.
