New Albany has officially renamed Third Street, the stretch between Granville Street and Main Street, to Market Street. The change, approved by City Council, extends the existing Market Street corridor and creates a more seamless, intuitive experience for residents and visitors navigating the area. New signage is now in place reflecting the updated name. If you travel this route regularly, keep the new name in mind and don’t be surprised when your GPS catches up!
