City Council has announced an opening on the Rocky Fork Blacklick Accord Implementation Panel (RFBA). This board is comprised of 3 representatives each from the City of New Albany, Plain Township, and the City of Columbus. The open position is for a New Albany resident. The panel evaluates applications for rezoning to make recommendations to the planning body of the impacted jurisdiction. Each member may server no longer than 12 years (4 full terms). The panel meets 1x per month on 3^rd Thursdays at 4 pm at Village Hall, as needed.
